The Evil Theme EP

Milton Jackson's first EP for UT, and what a debut!Lead track, 'The Evil Theme', it's big, it's bad and makes no apology for being 'that track' you can' get out of yer head after leaving the club, fans of Dubsided (Switch) and Front Room (Jesse Rose) will go nuts for this. On the flip, we have two slightly calmer house affairs, yet no less devastating on the right floors.
'Iberia' leads proceedings with a warm yet punchy retro garage cut, hypnotic and tripped out house. And finally we have 'One Of These Days', a wonderful deep track, just in time for the impending summer season

Funk D'Void - "I have a been a big fan of "the Evil Theme" since the first time I heard it; I knew it needed a larger audience from the start. The cinematic strings shoo you into an unexpected sick bassline the best way; like being hit in the temple with a large mallet. 10/10

"Iberia" continues the slick off-key tough melodies, showing impressive depth in his production. Love it 8/10

"one of these days" rounds off a great EP from this fellow Scotsman, once again his glistening sound shines throughout, my kind of house - funk-fuelled with tough yet soulful backdrop. 8/10
