Bright Side EP

Steve Mill, a Greek with a British name, makes music that nods to Detroit and Berlin while equally oozing Mediterranean warmth and serenity. His Bright Side EP is vibrant, life-affirming electronic music.

Title track Bright Side is a stunning slice of sunny, groovy, soulful electronic richness. The antithesis and antidote to some of the harsh and noisy sounds currently prominent, this is feel-good music that should be heard with your feet in the sand and the sun on your back as it takes you gently to electronic synth heaven.

The Moonwalk maintains the succulence of Bright Side but bears a heavier techno influence. Waves of warm, refreshing chords wash over a trippy refrain; so deep you could get lost in it.

Final track Supershining brings a slight change of tone, more of a night-time vibe with added bite. Its distorted synths reverberate, urging for the party to get serious.
